Foster Care and Homeless Youth Support

Polk State College offers liaisons who provide support to homeless youth (including those under the McKinney-Vento Act) and students who have been in the care of the Department of Children and Family Services (DCF), also known as Foster Care Youth. If you are a student who has been or is currently in foster care or is experiencing homelessness, we are here to support you, be your advocate, and connect you to resources. The liaisons for students in either of those situations are listed below.
